1. Order Processing Time
- Turnaround: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days but typically orders are processed the same day.
- Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been handed off to the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update after receiving your notification.
4. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
- SplitSole is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
SplitSole is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) directly to file a claim.
Return Policy
At SplitSole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we maintain a limited return policy.
1. Eligibility & Time Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Completely unworn and unused.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Not tried on. (For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept socks that have been worn or tried on, even for a moment).
(Note: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.)
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
The following items cannot be returned:
- Packaging that has been opened (tags removed)
- Items marked as Final Sale.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Fee: A flat fee of $6.00 (1 Pack) and $10.00 (3 Pack) will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers the cost of the pre-paid shipping label and restocking.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@wearsplitsole.com within the 7-day window.
- Get the Label: If your return request is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
- Ship It: Pack the items securely and drop the package off at the carrier specified on the label.
5. Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our strict hygiene standards.
- Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Deduction: The refund will be the purchase price minus the return fee.
- Rejection: If items are found to be used, worn, or damaged, they will not be refunded.

Our socks are pre-washed, but like all cotton-blend fabrics, minor shrinkage can occur if dried on high heat. We recommend low heat or air drying to maintain the original fit.
